With a passion for fiscal responsibility and sustainability, he ensures that the library’s financial resources are managed wisely and transparently. Jim is also an avid mystery novel reader and often volunteers at the library’s annual book sale.

Melissa Chen is a communications specialist at a local nonprofit and brings expertise in organizational planning, documentation, and outreach. As Secretary, she manages board records and correspondence, helping keep the board organized and connected. A strong believer in inclusive storytelling, she advocates for diverse programming in the library.
